Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front-desk operations including member check-ins, court bookings, and inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards of the tennis venue.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure scheduling and operational protocols are strictly followed.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and basic facility monitoring.
- Help build and maintain a disciplined environment that prioritizes member comfort and venue professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, social media inquiries, and walk-in reservations efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, or booking management software).
- Passionate about the sports or fitness industry.
