We are looking for a vibrant and organized Front Office Staff to join our dynamic Padel Club in Jakarta Selatan. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will be the face of our club, ensuring a seamless, energetic, and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
The ideal candidate is not just a receptionist; they are a brand ambassador who understands the growing padel community. You will manage digital bookings, handle merchandise sales, and act as a host to foster a welcoming club atmosphere. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily check-in and check-out process for members and casual players.
- Handle incoming bookings efficiently via various platforms including apps and WhatsApp.
- Provide exceptional member service, acting as a host to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage merchandise sales and ensure accurate stock inventory (Stock Opname) according to company SOP.
- Perform daily financial closing (Closing Kas) and ensure all administrative reports are accurate.
- Promote membership packages and provide information regarding club facilities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain a clean and professional front desk environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
- Prior experience in Front Office, Receptionist, or Guest Relations roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interest and fundamental ability to play Padel is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficient in using mobile applications, booking systems, and WhatsApp for business.
- Disciplined in handling cash and managing inventory/merchandise.
- High energy, outgoing personality, and excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
