Tanggung Jawab
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation systems for padel courts
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate maintenance requests for padel courts and facility equipment
- Assist with event coordination and group bookings for padel activities
- Collaborate with sports staff to ensure smooth facility operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in reception and common areas
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service roles
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual skills advantageous
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of padel or racquet sports beneficial
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
