You will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, reservation, and concierge departments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise day-to-day Front Office operations, including reception, reservations, and concierge services.
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor front-line staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and exceed guest expectations.
  • Proactively handle and resolve guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries with professional problem-solving skills.
  • Manage daily room inventory, billing accuracy, and payment processing procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
  • Generate and analyze daily performance reports for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office operations within a reputable hotel or villa property.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Deep understanding of guest service excellence and conflict resolution strategies.
