Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in training, mentoring, and scheduling front office staff.
- Oversee guest registration, room assignments, and concierge services to guarantee a positive arrival experience.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor front office systems and financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and cash handling.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and facility quality.
- Prepare daily reports and conduct briefings to ensure the team is aligned with hotel standards and goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office operations or guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
