Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in training, mentoring, and scheduling front office staff.
  • Oversee guest registration, room assignments, and concierge services to guarantee a positive arrival experience.
  • Handle and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor front office systems and financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and facility quality.
  • Prepare daily reports and conduct briefings to ensure the team is aligned with hotel standards and goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office operations or guest services within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
