In this role, you will be the face of our property, ensuring every guest experiences the legendary Balinese hospitality from the moment they arrive until their departure.

As the Front Office Supervisor, your goal is to inspire your team to deliver flawless service while maintaining high operational standards. You will serve as a mentor to our front-line staff, resolve complex guest inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between departments. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest relations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the reception team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and guest preferences are met.
  • Monitor front desk financial transactions, including billing accuracy and cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare daily shift reports and brief the incoming team on operational requirements and special guest requests.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and security.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front office or guest service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, particularly during peak hours.
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
