You will be responsible for mentoring staff, managing reservations, and handling complex guest inquiries with professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and concierge services.
  • Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee the reservation system to ensure accurate booking management and availability.
  • Review and verify billing statements and resolve any discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Train, coach, and motivate front desk staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor lobby areas and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, guest relations, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in front desk software and computer applications (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, MS Office).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a focus on team development.
  • Punctuality, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
