Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
  • Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Manage room reservations and optimize occupancy rates through strategic allocation
  • Resolve guest complaints and special requests with prompt, solutions-oriented approach
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
  • Monitor front desk performance metrics and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and brand standards at all times

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years front desk experience with 1 year in supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., PMS software)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
  • Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
