Andorra El Nido Leisure Corp is looking for a dynamic and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our team in the breathtaking destination of El Nido, Palawan. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest experiences the world-class hospitality our resort is known for.

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will lead the reception team, streamline check-in/out processes, and resolve guest concerns with grace and efficiency. We are looking for a natural leader who can maintain high standards, motivate staff, and create unforgettable memories for our international and local visitors. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff to ensure adherence to brand service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and facility quality.
  • Manage front office budget, supply inventory, and administrative reporting tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest logs, billing statements, and shift reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during emergency situations to ensure guest safety and operational continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
