Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate front desk operations to ensure efficient guest services
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff performance
  • Handle complex guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor front desk revenue and implement upselling strategies
  • Ensure proper handling of guest information and maintain confidentiality
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to address guest needs
  • Implement hotel policies and procedures consistently
  • Prepare daily reports and submit to management as required

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of local attractions and tourism industry in Cebu
