Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate front desk operations to ensure efficient guest services
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff performance
- Handle complex guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor front desk revenue and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure proper handling of guest information and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to address guest needs
- Implement hotel policies and procedures consistently
- Prepare daily reports and submit to management as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel front desk operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local attractions and tourism industry in Cebu
