Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration processes.
- Mentor, train, and manage front desk staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service standards.
- Oversee room inventory management and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room availability.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage booking inquiries, phone communications, and email correspondence professionally.
- Monitor daily cash handling and financial reports related to front office transactions.
- Enforce resort policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all guests and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.
