In this role, you will lead the front desk team, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of guest service. Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise day-to-day front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest arrivals.
  • Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Monitor and maintain room inventory, rates, and guest database accuracy within the PMS.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering departments to ensure seamless room readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security protocols, and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily reports for management and analyze front office performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A deep understanding of Bali’s tourism landscape and guest expectations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a 'lead by example' work ethic.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
