We're seeking a dynamic Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest experience operations during this exciting launch phase. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish service excellence standards from the ground up in one of Indonesia's most sought-after locations. You'll be instrumental in creating memorable stays for international and domestic guests while mentoring a new hospitality team. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in daily front desk activities, requiring a blend of leadership acumen and operational precision. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a passion for Balinese hospitality culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and guest communication
- Train and supervise front office staff to ensure consistent service quality
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocation for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Implement and maintain front office SOPs and service standards
- Prepare daily performance reports and occupancy forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in PMS systems (e.g., OPERA, Fidelio)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual candidates preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of Seminyak attractions and local services
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
