Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations including check-in/check-out processes
- Lead, train, and motivate front desk agents to maintain high service standards
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with professionalism
- Oversee room inventory management and rate strategy implementation
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and development planning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in front office management within luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership experience with staff training and development
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Knowledge of Lombok tourism market and local attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
