Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor front office staff on service standards, grooming, and property management systems.
  • Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B departments to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.
  • Handle complex guest situations and service recovery with poise and conflict resolution expertise.
  • Monitor front office revenue, manage cash handling procedures, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols within the lobby area.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesian; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Relevant educational background in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
