As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, frontend developers, and product managers to establish comprehensive testing strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute manual and automated testing on frontend components of insurance-related web applications
- Identify, document, and verify defects with clear and reproducible steps
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scripts
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Validate user interface elements against design specifications
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide feedback on quality processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in frontend testing or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with insurance domain or financial services is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
