RecruitFirst, a premier recruitment firm in Singapore, is hiring on behalf of our client in the Sin Ming area. We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented individual to fill the position of Frontline Customer Service Officer on a 1-year contract basis with a monthly salary of up to $2,400.
In this role, you will be the ambassador of the company, providing exceptional service to customers across various touchpoints. You will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and attend to walk-in customers, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently and courteously. Your duties include managing customer accounts, processing transactions, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
You will work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
To succeed, you should possess at least GCE ‘O’ Levels and have prior experience in customer service or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.

Kualifikasi

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
