Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality front-of-house service to visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage visitor registration and access control procedures to ensure security and compliance.
  • Assist in the smooth operations of the facility, including crowd management during peak hours.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of facility offerings, programs, and safety guidelines to provide accurate information.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications, or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or public-facing roles is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor or nature-integrated environment.
  • Ability to remain composed and solve problems effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
