Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality front-of-house service to visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage visitor registration and access control procedures to ensure security and compliance.
- Assist in the smooth operations of the facility, including crowd management during peak hours.
- Maintain deep knowledge of facility offerings, programs, and safety guidelines to provide accurate information.
- Support administrative tasks and reporting as required by the site management team.
- Collaborate with internal security and operational teams to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualifications, or equivalent professional certifications.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or public-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an outdoor or nature-integrated environment.
