Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality frontline customer service to commuters at transport nodes.
  • Handle ticketing inquiries, top-ups, and general cashiering duties accurately.
  • Assist commuters with navigation, route planning, and information regarding transport services.
  • Manage commuter feedback and resolve basic service-related issues on the ground.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the service counter.
  • Perform shift duties as scheduled to ensure operational coverage.
  • Liaise with internal teams to report technical issues or safety concerns promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or cashiering is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and a secondary language to assist diverse commuters.
  • Comfortable working in shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems for ticketing and record-keeping.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Must be able to commute to the West region (Boon Lay).
