- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace and service area at all times.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in F&B service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Excellent grooming standards and professional appearance.
- Punctuality and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
