Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and expert recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our POS system.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed attractively according to corporate guidelines.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Assist in daily operational tasks, including stock replenishment and reports.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly store performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, honest, and highly motivated to work within a team.
