Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all walk-in clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage front-office operations, including call routing, correspondence handling, and administrative support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting front office environment at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare periodic reports on visitor traffic and front-desk activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or receptionist roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is highly regarded.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in delivering superior service.
