Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Actively promote and sell telecommunications products, services, and accessories to meet sales targets
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Manage and maintain store inventory, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve team goals
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3 or S1 degree is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and willing to learn new products and services
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Nanga Pinoh, Kalimantan Barat
