Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and check-in/check-out guests efficiently and warmly.
  • Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel property management system.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues with empathy and resolve them promptly.
  • Process payments, bills, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Promote hotel services, packages, and upsell room upgrades to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and adhere to hotel standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Uzbek or Russian is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including hotel PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
