Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations for smartphone offerings
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product troubleshooting
- Manage inventory monitoring and stock replenishment procedures
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of smartphone technology and features
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia with clear speaking ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
