Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to meet their needs.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations on mobile phones and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-based sales targets.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience with electronic goods is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Neat appearance and professional grooming standards.
- Fast learner, tech-savvy, and proactive.
