Tanggung Jawab
- Sort, grade, and pack fresh fruits and vegetables according to quality standards and customer specifications
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling and storage of produce
- Ensure work area is clean, organized, and free from contamination risks
- Label and prepare packages for distribution to various retail outlets and wholesale customers
- Assist with loading and unloading of produce shipments as required
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety and product handling
Kualifikasi
- No formal qualifications required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic English communication skills to understand safety guidelines and procedures
- Must wear appropriate attire: dark plain t-shirt, long dark pants or jeans, and covered shoes
- Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or fresh produce handling is advantageous but not required
