Your primary focus will be on the accurate sorting, grading, and packing of fresh produce to ensure it meets market demands. You will work closely with the operations team to maintain high throughput while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable food hygiene and safety standards at all times during the packing process.
- Sort, grade, and pack fruits and vegetables according to strict quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Inspect produce for freshness, color, size, and absence of defects or spoilage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with company safety policies.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Label and code packages accurately for proper traceability and inventory management.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Willingness to adhere to strict dress code: Dark plain T-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and covered shoes.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels, weighing produce, and following instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output and compliance with standards.
- Must be willing to work in a cool environment (refrigerated storage areas).
- Previous experience in food handling, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
