- Sorting and categorizing fruits according to quality and type
- Packing fruits into appropriate containers or boxes
- Ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area
- Operating packing machinery if required
- Following company procedures for clocking in and out
- Meeting productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Physical fitness to handle standing for extended periods
- Ability to work early morning shifts (starting at 7AM)
- Attention to detail for quality control
- Basic understanding of fruit handling and storage
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Punctuality and reliability
- Previous experience in packing or similar roles is a plus
