Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track FTL shipments from origin to destination in real-time.
- Coordinate effectively with carriers and freight forwarders to resolve delays and logistical issues.
- Update shipment status in internal tracking systems and databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding shipment progress and potential disruptions.
- Analyze delivery performance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics, specifically with FTL operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
