Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the FTTH network infrastructure, including GPON/EPON systems, OLTs, ONUs, and optical fiber lines.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, service degradations, and potential network issues through proactive monitoring and data analysis.
- Implement corrective actions and optimization strategies to enhance network reliability, availability, and service quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for service interruptions and performance anomalies, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and dashboards, providing insights into network health and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Network Planning, Field Operations, and NOC teams to support network expansion, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in FTTH network operations, maintenance, or performance management.
- Strong understanding of optical fiber communication principles, GPON/EPON technologies, and FTTx architectures.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., NMS, OSS/BSS platforms) and data analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience with optical test equipment such as OTDR, Optical Power Meters, and Fiber Splicers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for technical documentation and communication.
