- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and telecommunications sector.
- Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to deliver comprehensive solutions and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline forecasts using CRM software.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the IT or technology solutions industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
