Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of fuel stations and distribution truck fleet
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of bio solar products to designated locations
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics
- Oversee administrative processes including documentation and reporting
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all operations
- Optimize distribution routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Lead and train operational staff on fuel handling procedures
- Implement maintenance schedules for fuel stations and vehicles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in fuel distribution or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of fuel handling regulations and safety standards
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in inventory management and logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
