We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring that our inventory management systems run smoothly and that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing warehouse processes, supervising staff, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. You will act as the bridge between our warehouse team and upper management, ensuring that logistics strategies align with business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows to ensure timely order processing.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments to resolve delivery issues and optimize shipping routes.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with all local safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, fulfillment operations, or logistics.
- Proven experience managing a team and leading operational initiatives.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
