- Coordinate daily retail and wholesale order fulfillment from roastery to delivery
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation for raw materials and finished products
- Oversee order processing, packing, and shipping operations
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery schedules
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and shipments
- Collaborate with production team to align fulfillment schedules
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in operations, fulfillment, or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
- Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred
