Are you a passionate design consultant with a flair for sales? We are seeking a talented and driven Full-Home Customization Sales Designer to join our team in the Central Region of Singapore. In this role, you will be the bridge between our client's dream home and reality. You will lead the entire customer journey—from initial consultation and space planning to professional design proposals and closing successful interior customization orders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements for full-home customization projects.
- Develop creative and functional interior design layouts and 3D visualizations that meet client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial walkthroughs to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide expert product recommendations, material selection, and cost estimation to ensure project profitability.
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams to ensure design specifications are executed accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, providing regular project updates to clients and ensuring post-sales satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold valid Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency (Singapore ID).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-home customization, interior design, or high-end renovation sales.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (to effectively communicate with our diverse client base).
- Age 25–35 years old.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or specialized customization software).
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong time-management capabilities.
