Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Develop full-stack web applications to provide intuitive interfaces for managing AI agent workflows.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) via frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agentic architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and automate complex business processes.
- Optimize system latency and accuracy by refining prompt engineering and model fine-tuning processes.
- Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the reliability and safety of agent outputs.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing emerging agentic paradigms into production systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a deep understanding of Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to transition into a permanent role with a market-leading MNC.
