- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to define, design, and deliver new features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications across the entire stack, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Design and develop robust back-end services, APIs, and integrate with various databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously enhance our development processes and product offerings.
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong expertise in back-end development using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or C#/.NET, along with relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot, ASP.NET Core).
- Demonstrable experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
