Mindteck is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team in Penang, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and documenting new and modified functionality within the Camstar Enterprise Platform, leveraging your expertise in C# and .NET to deliver highâquality, scalable software solutions.
You will work closely with product management, UX/UI designers and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastâpaced, collaborative environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and best coding practices.
- Design, implement and maintain fullâstack web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontâend components.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and wellâdocumented code following industry standards.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Maintain version control using Git and adhere to Agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and maintain fullâstack applications using C# and .NET.
- Implement scalable backâend services and APIs within the Camstar Enterprise Platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver highâquality features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate testing processes.
- Document technical designs and user guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of handsâon experience in C# and .NET development.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Experience with frontâend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework (React/Angular).
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problemâsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
