Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cross-functional full-stack development teams (5-8 members)
- Architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python/Java)
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to deployment
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Drive technical innovation while ensuring code quality and performance standards
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in both front-end (React/Angular/Vue) and back-end (Node.js/Python/Java) technologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise applications
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
