Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design comprehensive ERP solutions
- Implement and customize Odoo ERP modules to align with organizational needs

- Provide technical guidance during system implementation and user training
- Optimize system performance through continuous testing and refinement
- Document configurations, workflows, and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in ERP implementation with Odoo specialization
- Proficiency in full-stack development (Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS)
- Strong business analysis and process modeling skills
- Certification in Odoo ERP or business analysis preferred
- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
