Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and internal tools.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle from initial requirements to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the IT department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3).
- Deep experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails).
- Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
