Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack features for our core EPMS platform.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software components to improve system stability.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of our internal systems.
- Provide technical documentation and support for deployed software modules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
