We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Full Stack Tech Lead to join ATS Consulting Services Ph Inc.. This is a hybrid position based in Taguig City, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture and driving the delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring our applications are scalable, secure, and performant.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and design scalable full-stack solutions, ensuring best practices for security and performance.
- Lead the cloud infrastructure strategy, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and senior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database design, SQL, and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
