Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace at all times.
- Provide friendly, personalized, and efficient service to all customers.
- Operate professional espresso machinery and perform daily calibration.
- Manage customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle ingredient inventory and assist with stock replenishment.
- Engage with guests to provide coffee recommendations and share product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about specialty coffee culture and customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Ability to work well within a team and build relationships with colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality consistency.
- Basic knowledge of coffee beans, extraction profiles, and milk frothing techniques.
