Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to Blue Bottle's standards
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Operate coffee equipment efficiently and ensure proper maintenance
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking coffee supplies
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn and refine coffee-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as required
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods is a plus
