Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages conforming to our brand standards.
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, assist with order selections, and provide details on specialty items.
- Operate commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the espresso bar, service areas, and seating spaces.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, manage cash registers, and issue receipts accurately.
- Monitor inventory of coffee beans, dairy, syrups, pastries, and packaging materials, reporting restock needs to the manager.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and standard operating guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role.
- Strong familiarity with espresso machines, milk steaming techniques, and specialty coffee brewing protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced cafe environment.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Formal hospitality, culinary, or barista certification is a major advantage.
