Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/tea beverages according to brand standards and recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and peak-hour efficiency
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company policies consistently
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Customer service experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Positive attitude with teamwork orientation and willingness to learn
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
