Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
- Adhere to food safety protocols and health regulations
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and tea preparation
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary/hospitality training is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new beverage techniques
