Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct lectures and laboratory sessions for BSIT subjects, ensuring engaging and comprehensive delivery.
- Develop, update, and implement course syllabi and instructional materials aligned with industry standards.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, projects, practical assessments, and laboratory exercises.
- Mentor and guide students to ensure academic success, addressing their technical and personal challenges.
- Participate actively in academic committees and curriculum development initiatives.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and welfare to maintain high academic performance.
- Perform administrative duties related to academic operations, reporting, and departmental meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Prior teaching experience in a college or university setting is highly desirable.
- Strong technical proficiency in IT fields such as Programming, Database Management, Networking, and Web Technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students in a dynamic educational environment.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license or relevant teaching credentials.
